Ingredients:
1 Unicorn Meat patty cut into 2” cubes
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp Kinder’s woodfire garlic seasoning blend
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the flour and 1 tsp of Kinder’s seasoning together.
In another small bowl, mix the non-dairy milk and second tsp of Kinder’s seasoning together.
Coat the Unicorn Meat in the flour mixture, non-dairy mixture, then back into the flour mixture for a second time.
Heat a pan with about 2” of oil on medium heat.
Fry the Unicorn Meat about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Toss the Unicorn Meat in your favorite barbecue sauce and serve with ranch.
