We use food safe probiotic microbes to enhance the natural flavor and texture of plant based protein. This unicorn’s got no refined fats, salts, and preservatives.

What holds your patty together?

Our special blend of probiotic microbes hold our patty together, eliminating the need to use gums and binders.

Is your patty vegan?

Yes!

Where do you make your product?

Production occurs in a commercial kitchen facility located in San Francisco, CA.

Is your product produced from GMO plants?

No

Why should we eat fermented or proofed foods?

Fermented/Proofed foods have many benefits, including:

  • Increased shelf life: We strive to create a product which can match the shelf life of preservative products, preservative-free.

What’s the shelf life of Unicorn Meat?

For sealed packages are good for up to a month in the refrigerator and indefinitely in the freezer.

Unsealed, refrigerated product should be consumed within 7-10 days. 

Why is it called “Unicorn Meat?”

Because one unicorn feeds the world.
