Ingredients
1 Unicorn Meat patty cut into 4 triangles
4 steamed bao buns
1 tbs oil
1 tbs hoisin
1 tsp sriracha
squeeze of lime
sliced cucumber
cilantro
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the hoisin, sriracha, and lime then set aside.
Heat a nonstick pan with one tablespoon of oil on medium high.
Add the frozen Unicorn Meat triangles in the hot pan.
Cook the Unicorn Meat until golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).
Brush the hoisin mixture onto the Unicorn Meat and cook for an additional minute each side.
Assemble your bao buns by brushing the leftover sauce, adding the cooked Unicorn Meat, and topping with sliced cucumbers and cilantro.
